The 3 Original Programs

originally developed for martial arts actors

The 36 exercises of the 3 original programs include around 60 different punches, kicks and blocking techniques.

But action performers are no longer the only people who train 动感APG®. In the evening the youth meets as well, in gyms and dance schools, and practices the dance-like combinations. In addition to men interested in martial arts, more and more young women take part. They see in it a welcome alternative to the traditional dance training.
